Descriptif
R H&B, cabinet de conseil RH spécialisé dans le domaine de la santé accompagne un Laboratoire International dans le recrutement d'un(e) Responsable Ressources Humaines.
Rattaché(e) au Général Manager, vos missions sont les suivantes :
1/ Proactively establish strong working relationship with client group and align with regional HR and line leadership. Understand key business issues and their impact on HR, and provide Line Managers with consultative support on all people aspects in key business initiatives and HR processes (e.g. Talent Development, Performance Management).

Actively support (change proposal, implementation and evaluation) organization changes. Implement strategies and action plans to support establishment of new culture and new ways of working

Ensure consistency and quality in the standard operational HR processes such as recruitment, retention, compensation, employee development, ensure quality standards.

Implement and maintain all core HR processes :
-
Staffing : manage recruiting activities that she/he is in charge from Hiring planning, defining recruitment strategy, selection to onboarding of new associates liaised with Corporate recruitment and Business

Performance management and Development : counselling to help managers and associates utilize the performance management process to improve individual and organizational performance

Organizational Talent review and talent management : career development and talent management support to ensure that the right people are prepared with the right skills for the right roles or future roles at the right time.

Implement annual training plan and liaise with finance department for payment of external training

Implement in coordination with Biopharma Sales & marketing Director annual training plan for RSH and follow up all the trainings data in compliance with Promotional charter regulations

Implement and follow up training plan related to Exploitant laboratory and ensure the compliance with French regulation

Employee relations : counselling to support managers to deal with day-to-day issues in the work place

Coaching and counselling : support line managers to improve skills and effectiveness in identifying leadership talent; support associates so that they can be successful in the workplace

Diversity and inclusion : encourage and assist managers and associates to embrace the power of diversity to drive the business and to create a positive, productive environment where each associate can fully contribute and be valued.

Collaborate with HR Corporate on different HR topics (staffing, talent management, compensation and benefits,…)

HR Projects : manage HR projects for implementation within the company France (Local or Global HR Project liaised with HR Corporate) and ensure implementation of actions

Employment law : ensure adherence to relevant labor and employment law.

Employee relations : act as HR Partner with local staff reprensentatives and support General Manager in all operational tasks (ie coordinate staff reprensentative elections, prepare and participate to staff representative meetings with General Manager, facilitate negociations with staff representative)

Support management for dispute resolution, liaise with external lawyers to prepare special cases

Communication : Participation in the definition and in the implementation of local actions and corporate actions. Also the HR Manager participate in coordination with the General Manager in the organization of the company France Seminars, other meetings…

Follow up different HR reportings and KPIs, BDSE…
2/Ensure consistency and quality in the standard operational HR processes related to payroll and administrative tasks liaised with the Administrative Director and the HR Manager.

Implement and maintain all core processes related to payroll and administrative tasks :
-
Manage all the payroll processes liaised payroll provider and administer all tasks within the legal entity (eg medical examination process, reportingin collaboration with Finance department)

Manage the administrative follow up of individual files locally (individual folders, ADP tool,…) and in the Corporate tools (HR master data)
-
Manage the T&A tool in order to update and register data, update set up, give support to employees and managers…

Manage and follow up individual files liaised with HR manager (labor contracts, amendments, registration to health and life insurance and retirement plan…)
-
Manage social declarations in collaboration with Finance department.

3. Office management missions
-
Manage all the office activities liaised with the Administrative Director
-
Order all necessary office and IT supplies for Paris offices and/or home based employees liaised with Administrative Director and IT consultant
-
Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
-
Ensure security of the employees in the offices and of the home based employees
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
-
Follow up contracts with suppliers
-
Follow up contractor and vendor relationships
-
Respond to facilities and equipment alarms ans system failures
-
Make sure that all employees receive all equipment needed
-
Provide prompt response to requests and issues from employees
Profil :
-
HR degree BAc +5
-
Fluent in English and French
-
At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist role in a multinational environment
-
Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlool, Excel and Word) and ADP tools.

Sound knowledge of French employment law, experience in interactions with Work Council desirable
-
Very good communication, autonomy, collaboration and customer focus skills, results driven, good judgment and presence, ability to consult and influence at all levels of the organization.
