R H&B, RH consulting firm specialized in the pharmaceutical industry, is hiring an Administrative and Procurement Specialist. 

The position is responsible of his/her missions related to adminsitrative, procurement and general services and ensures compliance with regulations and local processes.

Reporing to the Administrative Director, the missions are :

1. Administrative and reporting analyst activities


  • Relation with vendors to correct mistakes in legal information (SIRET, VAT number and percentage, invoicing address, IBAN…)

  • Contact with vendors for payment

  • Creation and recovery of suppliers

  • Review of cost center and accounts via viM

  • Down payment request

  • Give the approval for payment to Finance shared service center (after Administrative Director’s approval)

  • Point of contact for Concur and VIM

  • Contact with HSBC

  • Corporate card relationship with Corporate, Employees and HSBC

Credit management (back up)

Contact with credit risk and customers 

2. General services

  • Car fleet management


3. Support of Administrative Director activities

  • Manage with Administrative Director topics related to IT Procurement.


4. Procurement projects and follow up

Profile : 


Ideal Background:


  • Degree in Finance/administrative/Procurement

  • Minimum 5 years in the same position (administrative and/or purchase activities)

  • French : fluent

  • English : professional


Technical Requirement :

  • Interpersonal skills, good communication and ability to analyze, provide strong recommendations.

  • Autonomous, rigorous, federate and convince, organizational quality,

  • Dynamic, proactive, ability to adapt to a new environment.
